WE LOVE EARTH
We let Nature take its course.
We respect her seasons: expectation, patience and care.
And she responds because she is generous.
In the spring comes the miracle, when buds burst and branches dress
of a tender green and, in autumn, when turgid bunches ripen, intact,
healthy like the land that fed them.
Our grapes do not appreciate pesticides and synthetic chemical fertilizers.
They are strictly organic.
Our task is to encourage and guide the plant: only by protecting the soil’s
fertility will we obtain a well-balanced vine that is resistant and able to respond
better to the extreme climatic conditions of these recent years. It is only by
reasoning and working through these complex relationships that tangible
results are obtained.
